# Training

A newly minted Taruchi has one training point (TP). Your Taruchi will earn 1 TP for every level up.

Training has three difficulty levels. As the saying goes, "no pain no gain" - the harder your Taruchi trains, the higher the bonus to their stats may be... but also the higher the risk. Safe training may be the best way...

* **Light:** costs 1 TP, gives +1 to a stat or +10 HP. Has a 100% success rate.
* **Moderate:** costs 1 TP, gives +2 to a stat or +20 HP. Has a 45% success rate.
* **Intense:** costs 1 TP, gives +4 to a stat or +40 HP. 15% success rate.

There are four ways to train, and each type of training corresponds to a stat:

* Weight Room → Health
* Sacred Flame → Power
* Meditation → Harmony
* Combat Drills → Violence

Pushing your Taruchi to its limits is not without risk. If your Taruchi fails their training, they lose the TP and gain no stat bonuses.

Please note that you cannot train while queued for a Duel or Festival.
